Work with me form: your name, email, the topic you pick and your message. I use it to reply to you and discuss working together. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Book waitlist: your email address. I use it to tell you when the book launches and invite you to the launch. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and tracking: only if you click Accept on the cookie banner (see below).

Visitor numbers are counted by my hosting provider without cookies. If you accept cookies, I may also use:

• Google Analytics (Google): which pages are visited, clicks, device type and approximate location, to improve the site.
• Google Ads (Google): to measure whether my ads lead to enquiries or sign-ups and to improve who sees them.
• Meta Pixel (Meta, for Facebook and Instagram): to measure and improve my ads and show them to relevant people.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn): to measure my LinkedIn ads and see what kinds of companies visit.

These providers place cookies that usually last between 3 months and 2 years, and may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. If you click Reject, none of them load. You can change your mind any time:

Form submissions are stored with my website hosting and database providers, who process them only on my behalf. The tracking providers above receive data only if you accept cookies. I never sell your data.

Enquiries and waitlist sign-ups are kept for up to 5 years, then deleted. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how I use it, and withdraw consent. Email hello@timeapintye.com and I'll respond within one month.
